Where are you based, and how do time zones work?+
We are in Dhaka, Bangladesh (GMT+6). Our day overlaps with UK and European mornings, and we schedule calls in the evening for clients in the US and Canada. Written updates go out every working day.
Do you work white-label for agencies?+
Yes. We can work under your brand, join your Slack, and talk to your clients only when you want us to.
Who owns the work?+
You do. Code, workflows, servers and accounts are created in your name or transferred to you at handover.
How do payments work?+
Fixed-price projects are split into milestones. You pay for each milestone after you have seen it working. Monthly plans are billed in advance.
What if an automation breaks?+
Every workflow we build sends an alert when a step fails, and keeps a log of what ran. On a monthly plan we fix failures the same working day.
